Lash extensions are synthetic or natural fibers that are individually attached to your natural lashes using a special adhesive. The process is meticulous and requires the expertise of a trained technician.
2. How long do lash extensions last?
Lash extensions can last anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle and how well you maintain them.
3. Do lash extensions damage natural lashes?
When applied correctly by a trained technician, lash extensions should not damage your natural lashes. It's crucial to follow aftercare instructions to ensure their health.
4. Can I wear makeup with lash extensions?
Yes, you can wear makeup with lash extensions, but it's essential to use oil-free products and be gentle when removing makeup to avoid damaging the extensions. We do not recommend using mascara.
5. How do I care for my lash extensions?
Avoid getting them wet for the first 48 hours, refrain from using oil-based products around the eyes, and comb them daily with a clean spoolie brush to keep them looking their best.
Waxing
1. Is waxing painful?
Waxing may cause some discomfort, but our experienced wax experts use gentle techniques to minimize pain. The sensation is usually brief and well-tolerated.
2. How long should my hair be before waxing?
Hair should be at least 0.5 cm long, about the length of a grain of rice, for successful waxing. Please refrain from shaving for a few weeks before your appointment.
3. Are there any contraindications for waxing?
Waxing may not be suitable for individuals with certain skin conditions, allergies, or those taking specific medications. It's essential to inform us of any medical concerns.
4. How long does waxing last?
Waxing results can last anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on your hair growth cycle and the area being waxed.
5. Can I sunbathe after waxing?
We recommend avoiding direct sun exposure immediately after waxing, as your skin may be more sensitive. Be sure to apply sunscreen if you plan to be in the sun.
6. How do I prepare for a waxing appointment?
Arrive with clean, dry skin, and avoid using lotions or oils on the waxing area. Wear loose-fitting clothing to prevent irritation after your appointment.
7. Can I get waxed when I am menstruating?
We can wax your private part while menstruating as long as you use a tampon during the treatment.
8. Can I wax during my pregnancy?
Waxing during pregnancy is generally considered safe and easy for most women, as the growing belly will prevent you from reaching certain body part. We recommend you starting waxing at the begin of you pregnancy. Typically, we perform wax treatment till 37 weeks of your pregnancy.
